NECP-Atlas is under continues development. The code contains the general functions to generate multi-group and continues energy libraries with various formats, such as WIMS-D, MATXS, ACE, et al.
Now, some new functions are also available to generate photon data, radiation damage data, and neutron thermal scattering law (TSL) data for the materials without TSL data in ENDF. Besides, the code has the capability to treat the resonance elastic scattering effect caused by the thermal agitation of target nucleus, in the epithermal energy region.
